Orders for various products can be shipped separately. We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. All purchases made on AFERIY's official website are subject to a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title to such items passes to you when the items are submitted to the carrier.

Please Note:
If the parcel cannot be delivered to the designated delivery address due to customer's non-cooperation (wrong or incorrect delivery address, absence of the consignee), or if the customer refuses to accept the parcel and the parcel will be returned to the designated delivery address, the customer has to bear the shipping cost.
If it is a customized product, return will not be accepted and the customer will be re-contacted and re-delivered, then the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Returns with no quality issues: If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason within 30 days of purchase and there are no quality issues, you can return the item in its original condition (including all products and accessories, unopened, brand new, unused, and in the original packaging) to request an exchange or refund.
Please note: For returns due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for double the shipping cost (shipping cost and return shipping cost).
