Order Delivery
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been processed.
Orders for various products can be shipped separately. We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
All purchases made on AFERIY's official website are subject to a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title to such items passes to you when the items are submitted to the carrier.

Please Note:
If the parcel cannot be delivered to the designated delivery address due to customer's non-cooperation (wrong or incorrect delivery address, absence of the consignee), or if the customer refuses to accept the parcel and the parcel will be returned to the designated delivery address, the customer has to bear the shipping cost.
If it is a customized product, return will not be accepted and the customer will be re-contacted and re-delivered, then the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Order Cancellation:
Cancellation Before Shipment: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. Customers can contact the AFERIY official store via email before order shipment to request an order cancellation.
Please be aware that the actual shipping time for an order begins once the shipping label is created by the carrier.
If you request an order cancellation and before shipping, a transaction fee will be charged based on the payment channel (2.6% for credit card users, 4.4%+0.49 for PayPal users, 4% for Afterpay/Klarna users).
Product Out of Stock: If the product is out of stock, we will contact you via email. If there is no response within 15 days, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Address Issues: If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you via email. If there is no response within 15 days, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded. Returns with quality issues: If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Returns with no quality issues: If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason within 30 days of purchase and there are no quality issues, you can return the item in its original condition (including all products and accessories, unopened, brand new, unused, and in the original packaging) to request an exchange or refund.
Please note: For returns due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for double the shipping cost (shipping cost and return shipping cost).
