Reserve Power Co. sells only new, genuine, manufacturer-produced products. We are not a marketplace, a grey-market importer, or a third-party reseller of unverified stock. Every product we list is sourced directly from the manufacturer or their authorized distribution channel under a documented supply agreement.
This page exists so that customers, and any party wishing to verify our claims, can see exactly who we buy from and on what basis.

We carry three brands. For each, we hold a direct supply relationship with the manufacturer or its official distribution entity.

How We Prevent Counterfeit Product Entering Our Catalog

Direct sourcing only. We purchase exclusively from the manufacturers named above. We do not buy from marketplaces, liquidators, wholesale aggregators, or unverified third-party sellers.

No unauthorized channels. We do not source from AliExpress, Alibaba, or comparable open marketplaces, and we do not resell customer returns or refurbished units as new.

Documented procurement. Every unit we sell is traceable to a purchase order issued directly to the manufacturer or its official distribution entity.

Manufacturer-serviced warranties. All products carry the manufacturer's own warranty, honored directly by the brand. Counterfeit product cannot be warranty-serviced by the brand owner — the fact that our customers receive genuine manufacturer coverage is itself verification of authenticity.

Authorized-channel enforcement in our own policies. Our Price Match Guarantee excludes competing prices from unauthorized or illegitimate sellers, and our warranty terms exclude products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
About Our Product Imagery and Specifications
Product photography, technical specifications, and performance data on this site are supplied by the manufacturers as part of our dealer relationships and are used with their permission. This is standard practice for authorized dealers, and is the reason our product imagery may also appear on other authorized dealers' sites.
Where we publish our own testing observations, comparisons, or editorial commentary, that content is written by our team and is clearly presented as our own.
A Note on Our Pricing
Some of our products are listed considerably below the manufacturer's suggested retail price. This reflects the wholesale cost basis we obtain under our direct supply agreements and our decision to operate on lower margins than traditional retail. It does not reflect anything about product authenticity, condition, or origin. Every unit we sell is new, sealed, genuine manufacturer stock with full warranty coverage.
