Processing & Transit Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time may begin processing the following business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the fulfillment center your order ships from. Larger items may ship via freight and can take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.
Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on product size and your location. You will receive carrier and tracking information by email once your order ships.
Freight & Oversized Items
Some products — particularly large power stations and solar kits — may ship via freight carrier. If your order ships freight, you may be contacted to schedule delivery. Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
