Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returns or exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) — contact us before shipping anything back. Eligibility may vary by manufacturer.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused and uninstalled

• In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included

• In resalable condition

How to Start a Return

Email support@reservepowerco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with RMA instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return and the brand of the product:

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds may be reduced by restocking or damage fees where applicable.

Exchanges

We handle exchanges as a return and reorder. Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. We will place a new order for the replacement item and payment method confirmed in your RMA. Standard shipping rates apply. For shipping details, click here.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, standard return terms apply. Contact us as soon as possible at support@reservepowerco.com if you need to cancel.
