AFERIY AF-SL30 30W Portable Solar Panel

The AFERIY AF-SL30 is a purpose-built panel for people who are always moving. At 2.57 lbs, it folds to roughly the size of a hardcover book (8.3" × 13" × 1.4") and clips directly to the outside of a backpack via four included carabiners — letting you charge your phone, GPS, or headphones while you hike, without stopping or unpacking.

Despite its small size, the SL30 delivers an impressive 25% monocrystalline conversion efficiency — the highest in the AFERIY solar panel range. In practical terms, that means meaningful output even on overcast days or when the panel isn’t perfectly angled at the sun. Direct USB-C (18W) and USB-A PD3.0 outputs charge modern devices quickly without needing an intermediate power bank.

It’s not designed to recharge large power stations on its own — that’s what the S100, S200, and S400 panels are for. The SL30’s job is keeping your daily-carry devices alive off-grid, and it does that job exceptionally well. ETFE lamination and an IP65 waterproof rating mean it handles light rain, dust, and the general punishment of outdoor use without issue.

Best for: Backpacking & hiking • Everyday carry for camping trips • Charging phones, GPS, headphones, and small devices on the move • Pairing with AFERIY Nano100 battery • Emergency bag addition
