The Bluetti RV5 Power Hub is a 48V all-in-one RV power system with a 5,000W pure sine wave inverter (10,000W surge), up to 1,800W of solar input, 1,200W alternator charging and 5,000W shore-power charging in one unit. It's built for RV, van and boat owners replacing a separate inverter, charger, solar controller and DC-DC charger.

Real-world numbers: the RV5 has no battery of its own. Paired with one Bluetti B4810 (5,120Wh rated, about 4,352Wh usable at × 0.85), it runs:

Load Runtime with 1 × B4810 (RPC estimate)
Full-size refrigerator (60W average) about 72 hrs
12V compressor fridge (50W average) about 87 hrs
Wi-Fi router and modem (20W) about 217 hrs
Laptop and monitor (100W) about 43 hrs
Window AC, 5,000 BTU (500W running) about 8 hrs

Each added B4810 adds about 4,352Wh usable. Bluetti scales the system up to 24 batteries.

Size it for your own setup: pick your appliances and days off-grid in the RPC Power Calculator, and it shows the in-stock stations and kits that fit.

Shore power charges the battery bank at up to 5,000W (Bluetti lists about 50 minutes from 0 to 80%, depending on conditions). On the road, the alternator input adds up to 1,200W, and roof solar adds up to 1,800W. A regulated 12V/24V DC output (up to 1,620W) runs coach loads like lights, fans and slide motors. Standby draw is about 7W, and Bluetti lists it as UL-certified.

Monitor and control the system in the Bluetti app, or add the Epad touchscreen and Epanel smart breaker panel for a wired, in-coach dashboard.

Best for: Full-time RVers upgrading to lithium • Van builds that need a 5,000W inverter • Boats with 48V house banks • Running a 15,000 BTU roof AC off battery and solar

Not the best fit if: you want a plug-and-play unit. The RV5 is a hardwired system that needs a battery, cabling, fusing and a proper install; we recommend a qualified RV electrician. For a portable option with a built-in battery, look at the Apex 300.

Works with: B4810 48V battery • Epanel smart distribution panel • Epad control screen • PV100FX flexible solar panels • B1232 12V battery • Bluetti RV5 wiring packs (battery, alternator, solar and Epanel)

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the RV5 include a battery?
No. It's the inverter, charger and solar hub only. Pair it with one or more Bluetti B4810 48V batteries, about 5,120Wh each.

Can the RV5 run my RV air conditioner?
Yes, within its 5,000W continuous rating. A 15,000 BTU roof AC drawing about 1,500W runs roughly 2.5 to 3 hours per B4810, longer with solar coming in.

How much solar can I connect?
Up to 1,800W per Bluetti's US listing. The solar input is limited to 50V open-circuit, so panels like the PV100FX (41.4V) are wired in parallel, not in series.

Can it charge while I drive?
Yes. The alternator input adds up to 1,200W from your vehicle with Bluetti's alternator wiring pack.
