The Renogy PowerStation 2000 is a 2,048Wh LiFePO4 portable power station with 2,400W of continuous AC output (3,600W surge) and a built-in NEMA TT-30 RV outlet. Plug an RV or travel trailer's 30A shore cord straight in and run the rig's onboard essentials off battery, or roll it into the kitchen during an outage to keep the fridge and coffee maker going.

At home, it works as a UPS: leave it plugged into the wall with your essentials connected, and it switches to battery in 20 milliseconds or less when the grid drops. Renogy rates it at a quiet 25dB at a 500W load and says it recharges from 0 to 80% in about an hour on AC. You can also charge from solar, a vehicle, a generator, or AC and solar together, and monitor it from the Renogy PowerStation Manager app.

Real-world numbers: rated 2,048Wh, about 1,741Wh usable (rated Wh × 0.85). That runs a full-size refrigerator averaging 60W for about 29 hours, a 50W 12V fridge for about 35 hours, or a 150W load (fridge, Wi-Fi router, lights and phone charging) for about 11.6 hours. Pair it with a Renogy solar blanket or suitcase to recharge it every sunny day during a long outage.

Best for: Home backup for outages • RVs and travel trailers with 30A service • Camping and tailgating • Job sites and workshops
